  • What is the turn-around time for orders?
  • Our normal turn-around time is 4 to 6 weeks. We accept rush orders when possible with a minimal upcharge.
  • What is the most effective way to sell the Sue Blankinship Collection in my store?
  • The optimal approach, we feel, is to have a Trunk Show so that Sue herself can work with your customers and familiarize and train your sales staff. If that is not feasible, purchasing a size range (your most popular sizes) in the styles and colors you feel are the best is a way to have samples for style and fit as well as minimal inventory.
  • What is the retail price range of the collection?
  • Retail prices for our separates range from $300 to $800.
  • Do we custom fit customers?
  • Our sizes are a beautiful fit for most customers. If a woman needs another inch or two in the bust, or if the jacket is too tight at the hem, or if something needs tweaking, specify in your order and we will adjust when cutting. If a woman is a challenge to fit, we can make a pattern for her and a fit-muslin but we charge for this very time-consuming process.
  • Where are the garments made?
  • Each piece is cut and lovingly sewn for the customer by accomplished seamstresses in their homes in Tampa, Florida.
  • Do you have styles other than those shown on the website?
  • We have a few pieces that have sold well in the past and we continue to make them when requested. We also can do very basic pieces that we do not feature on the website. We can email photos at your request.
